Longuer Queue times
Most people have noticed an increase in queue time. Now we know that higher ELO players have higher queue times but do not get confused the increased queue time is not caused by higher ELO. Some people are also blaming the 3-10 minute bane added from dodging queues to be the cause of the increased queue time but Riot does not agree.

I've had many games where I've wanted to queue dodge and someone on the other team did it for me. At the same time, someone on my team went trynd+ clarity+ revive.
But in that instance, you can get right back in the queue. Those 8 people that may or may want to have dropped aren't affected.
If 10% of people are having matches broken up, but 9% of people can rejoin right away, you are only affecting the queue size by 1% over a period of time. This simply doesn't correlate or translate to the reported increases in queue time. Obviously this changes with premades, etc, but the overall effect is the same.
Plus, we already have mentioned that we made changes on the back end that are resulting in longer queue times.
Can you tell if my ult is ready?
well I did not know this but you can.

in your team bars on the left, if the little green circle is filled in, their ultimate is ready, if its not filled in, its not ready.
